Cold Storage
Cold storage plant can be regarded as a refrigerated area or room where consumables are stored for long time preservation. Since the area may harbour some form of microorganisms which in turn can affect the edible items, a rigid disinfection program should be followed prior to the storage and at regular intervals.

Air Fumigation/ Aerial Fogging:
This potent biocide is diluted at a given concentration and fumigated using a fogging machine to sanitize the whole area. Some common airborne microbes that may contaminate the area are Bacillus sp., Varicella sp., Influenza virus, Variola virus, Rubeola virus, etc.
